automated systems. The thin-walled design optimizes thermal
transfer and safeguards the high yield and reproducibility
of results. The plate is easy to label for identification
purposes, and its wide base ensures it remains safely in place

Why Polypropylene?
Polypropylene is the ideal material for PCR
Tubes and Plates and all Eppendorf PCR consumables are manufactured
from it. The recovery of sample products is increased in comparison
to experiments carried out using polycarbonate equipment,
and the risk of biological contamination is reduced. Additionaly,
polypropylene consumables can be sealed using many different
methods including heat, adhesive sheets, oil and mats.
